Terry has over 35 years of experience litigating injury cases throughout the state of Florida. He has a vast amount of trial experience and has handled a wide range of legal matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, divorce, custody, adoption, child support, workers’ rights, wills, probate, contract disputes, landlord/tenant, commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, and workman’s compensation.

BACKGROUND:
Terry grew up in Palatka, Florida. He graduated from Palatka High School in 1964 and St. Johns Community College in 1966. He received a B.S. in Accounting and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He began his legal career in 1973 in West Palm Beach, Florida. His entire legal career has been devoted to representing the rights of injured persons and seeking justice on their behalf.

Terry has been married to his wife, Pamela, for 40 years. They have three children, Terrence N. Freeman, II, Esquire, Amy Freeman Goode, and Kate Freeman Leber, Esquire, and five grandchildren. All of their children reside in North Palm Beach with their spouses.
